Description
Michel + Jude Fanton from The Seed Savers in conversation with Costa Georgiadis (Gardening Australia). A part of the Global Seed Freedom Fortnight. Join us for an evening of insights about the state of seed soverignty across the globe, and what you can do in your community to help keep seeds free. The one-hour conversation will be followed by a Q&A, followed by a big community seed swap! Please bring your home-grown or foraged seeds to swap and share... If you don't have any seeds to swap and share, bring something to barter, and see if you can swap your way to a packet or two of locally adapted seeds of your choice... There will also be tasty local food and drinks to buy as part of this event, as well as seed saving resources and books from the Fantons. This event is funded by Milkwood's fair share policy, alongside the awesome generosity of both the Fantons and Costa for gifting their time. Event co-ordinated in association with 107 Projects
We're also a one day workshop with the Fantons on Saturday 13th: Seed Saving 101:
